  • Conduct small and medium projects at the same time.
  • Conduct large projects under the direct supervision of Account Manager.
  • Always meet customer requirements professionally and ensure maximum satisfaction from customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Develop plan, staff, budget, and timeline for each project.
  • Conduct all stage of assigned project.
  • Directly work with the third party such as vendor, subcontractor, …
  • Manage internal team, working quality of team members to ensure the client’s satisfaction to the company services/ products.
  • Organize and participate in brainstorming meeting. Propose ideas and train technical soft skills to improve sales quality of Account team and another internal team.
  • Develop the next talent staff.



  • Graduated in University. Advertising / Digital/ Marketing is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 experience years as Account Executive or relevant role. Had deeply knowledge in ATL, TTL, BTL. Proven experience years in Advertising/ Digital Marketing Company is preferred.
  • Communicate fluently in verbal and written in English and Vietnamese.
  • Attention to details and be careful.
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to predict the client needs and connect with the current products/services of the company
  • Excellence in problem solving.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Had experience in managing a team. Good in teamwork and understand internal issues and external problems.
